A huge helper when mass-loading values of dependent and controlling pick lists into Salesforce.com.
To make sure values of dependent pick lists are loaded correctly into Salesforce.com, XL-Connector Enterprise Admin edition has the functionality to validate if correct values are being loaded into dependent picklists.
After the tool runs, it will mark all invalid picklist values with a red background making it easy to spot and correct. If you run the tool again after correction, the red background will be cleared.
