Delegate your subscription user management to a co-worker

To share the ability to manage your Xappex licenses with someone else than the account owner, the account owner will need to generate the management link and share it with the corresponding person.

To generate license management link:

1. Log in to the customer portal.
2. Click on Subscriptions and then the gear icon on it:
   
3. Click on Delegate User Management:
   
4. Click on Generate Link:
   
5. Copy the generated link and send it to the person that you want to be able to manage the users on your subscription:
   

This link only provides access to replace users on each of the licenses that you own. It DOESN’T give access to any operations that may result in additional charges (like adding users or upgrading the subscription plan)
